Seven Months Old

It is hard for our mommy to believe, but we are 7 months old. We are sitting, Sadie is about to crawl and we are both really enjoying each other. We laugh and giggle...you can see it in our video post!

Sadie comforts Hollis: "Don't worry, I know it seems silly now, but one day we will appreciate having pictures marking each month...

...but for now, lets just enjoy being adorable and try not to eat our signs."

Grandmas Times Two!

We are so lucky to have 2 very special grandmas - Mimi and Grammy! It is very fun to spend time with both of them!

Fun with Boo

Our Grandpa Boo came in town this weekend - Sadie thinks he can make some funny faces that makes it really easy to smile!

Who needs toys when you have toes?

Hollis decided to try a non-traditional way of using in the exersaucer...yes, it was harder to manuver around to the toys, but it was much easier to play with her toes.

A Long Morning

Each morning we eat some cereal around 9 and then one by one our Mommy takes us upstairs for our morning nap...apparently Hollis was so tired from eating that by the time Mommy got back down from putting Sadie to bed (estimated time - 90 seconds), she had passed out in the highchair.

Riding High

How cool...now that we are eating a couple of times a day, we get yet another piece of gear to sit in while eating our cereals, veggies and fruits. We like being able to look at the world eye level and not being stuck on the floor!

Car Seat Anyone?

Today at playgroup we had 10 babies...which means 10 carseats! Graco could do a commerial here!

Jumpin' for Joy

Hollis loves the Jumperoo!! She when she jumps, the lights go on and she just laughs!

Sitting Pretty

Out of nowhere the girls started to sit up! Sadie is also rolling from back to belly and has decided that is a more comfortable way to sleep...both girls will sit up for a couple of seconds unaided - but Sadie will sit for a while proped on a toy!

Happy Half-Birthday to Us

We turned six months old last week...we had a great half-birthday. The week before we both had a stomach bug so we were so happy to be feeling better! Sadie now weighs 16 lbs and 2 oz and Hollis is an even 14 lbs - so we have both more than TRIPLED our birth weights!!

This sign our mommy makes us "hold" is very annoying...we both decided rather than holding it on our laps, eating it would be more fun!

Welcome 2007!

Our friend Ansley came over for New Years...we celebrated by drinking formula and staying up until almost 8pm! We are very excited about 2007 and all the new adventures we will have...eating, crawling, talking, walking...

Instant Playmate

After almost 6 months of being together 24/7...we are finally starting to notice each other! We sometimes even interact...one of of often gives the other one a big smile - the smile is returned about 50% of the time (mom can't help but feel a little sad for the one who doesn't get the smile).

Open Wide

We ate cereal for the first time this weekend...we aren't so sure about the taste, but it was fun getting messy!

No Coach and A Losing Season BUT Two Adorable Fans

Sadie and Hollis had a rough first year of Alabama football...they got all dressed up this afternoon to try to cheer the Tide on - oh, well! Thankfully, they have Bama Basketball to be excited about.
