Go Jake Go!

Our friend Jake came over Sunday afternoon. We are so proud of him...it has been almost 3 months since his accident and he is doing just great! We loved hanging out with him and calling him "baby" - we also loved the blocks his mommy brought for him to play with!

He is only 3 months older but about the size of both of us combined...

Sadie and Jake bonded by "dancing" on the sofa outside...the would both bang their legs down when you said "Dance"!

15 Months Old!

It was really great to celebrate our 15 month "birthday" at the beach! We finally got used to the sand and really enjoyed playing on the chairs!

Seacrest

Seacrest Village has a really fun fountain and a lot of "green space" that was great to walk around....


Sadie was more daring than Hollis and would actually walk on the fountain...

...she even tried to figure out what the blue "dots" were...

...luckily before the fountain sprayed, we had a little warning!

Rainy Day

We had a couple of rainy days at the beach, but we didn't let it get us too down!

YoBaby!

We learned to feed ourselves Yogurt at the beach - it was very messy, but we were very proud of ourselves. The cleaning crew who came in after we left must have been thrilled!!

Sadie realized that the spoon is not nearly as efficient as just lifting the cup up!

Hollis was ready for more practice!

Big Friends

Our neighbors came with us to the beach for part of the time - we had a lot of fun hanging out with them. Our mommy said that Phoebe and Sophia were very big helpers!

We spent a week at Rosemary Beach. It was very fun! Our house was right on the beach and we could even see dolphins jumping! We loved hanging out on the balcony listening to and watching the waves!

Walkin' and Talkin'

Hollis wanted to be sure everyone knew she has been walking for almost a month now...but mommy hasn't posted anything about it yet....scroll to the video and see it live!

Fun with Raya

14 Months Old

We are such big girls at 14 months. We are both walking (though we would rather crawl) and talking up a storm. Some of the words we say often are "baby", "ball", "bye-bye", "hi", "uh-oh", "dog", "mama" and "dada" - Sadie can also say "night night" and Hollis also says "bow". One of our favorite things to do is to point at each other (and any other small person for that matter) and say "baby".

Sadie has a mouth full of teeth with her 9th one coming in right now...Hollis is working on number 4 and 5. We are very well rounded and go to gym class and music class. We love music class and in our gym class we really just like bouncing on the trampoline.


We both love "Wheels on the Bus" - Sadie is demonstrating "round and round"...

Dreamland Girls...

Apparently the girls love dreamland ribs...at lunch today while Mommy and Daddy were eating them and the girls were eating something else, they both reached out like they wanted to try. With spicy sauce and everything, the girls ate them up...their Boo (their grandfather) will be so proud!
